In addition to attracting excellent human resources to drive the growth of its business, aiESG has begun disseminating information to help solve social issues surrounding the careers of doctoral candidates.<br><br>Our goal is to encourage Ph.D. graduates and those who plan to obtain a Ph.D. degree to never give up their research activities of intellectual pursuit and to apply their findings to the growth of private companies, especially startups. We will be releasing career interviews with PhDs working within aiESG, and at the same time, we will hold career seminars with companies that are also actively hiring PhDs.
