aiESG conducted a new national wealth analysis at Saga Tosu PJ (Southern Tosu Cross Park), a large-scale industrial town development project "GREEN CROSS PARK" promoted by Tokyu Land Corporation.

This project is an industry-academia-government collaboration between a consortium led by Tokyu Land Corporation, Saga Prefecture, Tosu City, and the Urban Research Center of Kyushu University to solve the recent shortage of industrial land in Tosu City, which has developed as a center of industrial activity.

aiESG conducted a new national wealth analysis for this project and reported the results of an estimated 30 trillion yen increase in new national wealth (a measure of social impact that combines man-made capital, human capital, and natural capital) for Saga Prefecture.
