Arita Town in Saga Prefecture, known for its Arita porcelain and other products, has concluded a comprehensive collaboration agreement with Infronia Holdings Corporation, Kyushu University Urban Research Center, and Acroterion Corporation to improve the Arita Town New National Wealth Index using ESG analysis in order to achieve sustainable development.

In recent years, Arita-yaki has been attracting interest in Europe due to the environmental impact of the ceramic industry's CO2 emissions and human rights measures for craftsmen.
