aiESG 経営企画室 室長の坂井が、3月18日（水）に開催されるGCNJ（グローバル・コンパクト・ネットワーク・ジャパン）のWell-being分科会にて、「Well-being議論会」に登壇します。

国連グローバル・コンパクト（UN Global Compact）は、国連に民間（企業・団体）が参加し、健全なグローバル社会を築くことを目的とした、世界最大のサステナビリティ イニシアチブです。グローバル・コンパクト・ネットワーク・ジャパン（GCNJ）は、 2003年12月発足した日本のカントリー・ネットワークであり、国連グローバル・コンパクトに署名・加入している企業・団体が共にサステナビリティを推進しているプラットフォームです。

Well-Being分科会では、Well-Beingの実現に向けた具体的な解決策仮説のアウトプットと検証を行います。これを行う事で、日本並びに日本企業が抱えるWell-Beingに関する課題、解決策案、検証による解決策案の妥当性を高めていくことを目指しています。

当日は、aiESGが取り組む社会デザイン、ESG評価、Well-beingの可視化、企業価値との連動性等、参加者の課題感など、個別具体例の議論を行います。

Ryosuke Sakai General Manager, Corporate Planning Office
Mr. Kato joined a major Japanese pharmaceutical company as a new graduate. After transferring from the domestic sales department to the sustainability department, she was engaged in a wide range of work including company-wide promotion of human rights and environmental activities and compliance with international regulations. She joined aiESG in November 2024 and worked in the Business Solution Department before assuming her current position.
