aiESG

aiESG's ESG assessment was introduced during a lecture given by Mr Motoi Suzuki, President of hap KK, at the Denims and jeans Japan international exhibition on 26-27 March 2024.

hap is an apparel company that enables circular fashion, and this analysis comprehensively quantified the environmental, human rights and economic impacts of hap's jeans and its Kabalos Laundry service, which extends the life of clothes, by tracing them back through the supply chain. The results showed that hap's products and services reduce both environmental impacts, such as GHG emissions and water consumption, and human rights impacts, such as child labour, and improve economic aspects, such as wages generated, compared to conventional products.
